Fernando Marinho Vaz graduated in Economics by the Porto University Faculty of Economics. He has accomplished several professional studies such as Mergers and Acquisitions Course by Uniweb and Corporate Evaluation Course promoted by APOTEC. He was responsible for the creation and development of the Portuguese Heliflex Studies Office in Ílhavo.; financial, administrative, accounting, and tax responsible of M. Simões Jr. in Porto; manager assistant of Compunor in Porto and undertook several other functions along its professional career. In 2006, he became NBB’s partner.
